Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Biosentronics is subject to availability. Cancellation of orders by the client is subject to the return of the goods in its original undamaged packaging and will attract a handling charge of R150.00. Snuza™ monitors carry a twelve month guarantee against manufacturing defects.

The non-replaceable battery is designed to last for a 12 month period, if operated under the specified conditions set out in the Snuza™ Instruction Manual.

Cost
The cost of Snuza™ Halo monitor is R895.00 (incl. VAT) and including delivery costs to an address within South Africa.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery Method - Domestic
•  Delivery anywhere in South Africa is free of charge
•  International Courier Delivery is approximately R330.00

All delivery methods have a tracking number which will be sent to you via e-mail or sms once the parcel has been shipped.
